Typically Valentine's Day is not a big deal in the Morgan house, maybe some candy or a special dessert. This year was different however. Since we did not really have "Christmas" (in the loose term, meaning presents) this year because of moving, I decided to plan an extra-special Valentine's Day complete with baking and gifts.
We started our day with Rylee making a special Valentine picture for daddy... followed by some special cupcake baking. |

When daddy came home, it was time for presents! Rylee was super excited to get her new dollhouse complete with a cat and dog...Zackary was excited for her new toy as well. ;)
Zackary is getting his present later, a new pottery barn chair just like sister's (except not pink!).
We also spent some time making a special Valentine's package for our two favorite Oklahoma friends followed by a trip to the post office and a short lesson on how her package would make it all the way to Gracie's mailbox in Oklahoma.
What a fun and exciting day!
